The homes vary from 2 - 4 bedroom apartments and in the courtyard there will be townhouse-like homes on 2 levels. To create a good interaction with the neighborhood's raw, modern and classic buildings, the property is designed by 3 different architects; KJÆR & RICHTER, WERK and KANT, resulting in an inspiring building with 3 different expressions that together create a beautiful whole.
Møntmesterhus will be DGNB Gold certified, which helps ensure that high-quality, long-lasting solutions and optimized indoor climate are implemented from the start for the benefit of residents' health and well-being.
The homes will be furnished with a balcony or terrace. On the property facing Møntmestervej, roof terraces with pavilions will also be established for the benefit of the residents. There will be a roof garden facing Tomsgårdsvej and a cozy courtyard that also invites neighborliness. Throughout the homes, they are well-appointed, kept in light-colored materials and there is an emphasis on a good inflow of light. A full white goods package and wardrobes are installed in the rooms.

The atrium garden is divided into zones - the largest of which we call the Agora. Here there is space for the community to gather for meetings, dinners, events or similar. It's not a bad place for a summer party.
Bodilhaven has a common room with a modern and well-equipped kitchen and seating for min. 30 people. Here I can meet for larger communal dinners or for coffee, card games and other cozy activities.
From the common room there is access to an outdoor shared terrace - perfect for barbecues or chatting over a glass of wine. I can agree in the community agreement whether the common room is for shared use only or can also be used for private events.
In connection with the common room, there is a storage room and a washing machine and dryer that you can use in connection with the communal kitchen or guest rooms.
There are two guest rooms with room for 6 people in total. 1-2 people in one room and 4 in the other. The guest rooms share a bathroom and kitchenette. You have the opportunity to book guest rooms and invite friends, children or kids for an overnight stay at Bodilhaven.
Around Bodilhaven is a community garden and a small lake. There are both tamed grass areas, fruit trees and flower beds. If you have a green thumb, you're welcome to pull on the gardening gloves and add your personal touch to the garden.
Around Bodilhaven you will find parking spaces. There is a parking space for each residence and there is also disabled parking available. You'll also find charging stations for electric cars and covered bike racks.
Don't worry, there's also a place for the handymen to repair and refurbish, fix bikes, or maybe just have a beer. We encourage you to get together and set up a well-equipped workshop with contributions from your own garages and workshops at home. Maybe there's even a fridge for cold beers hiding somewhere in your current home.
There is a petanque court inside the atrium garden, so bad weather is no longer an excuse to postpone the petanque tournament.
In the atrium garden, there are communal beds for an indoor vegetable garden. Here you are responsible for planting and tending herbs and vegetables that can benefit the community or the individual resident - and you decide how to distribute the work and harvest.
The atrium garden is decorated with small green pockets where you can retreat with a book or a cup of coffee and simply observe the community. If you prefer personal peace and quiet, there's plenty of space for you too.
In the atrium garden, there is a zone that is not designed for a specific purpose. The idea is that you work together to find out what you want to use the space for. It could be a library, an exercise zone or a creative workshop. The only limit here is your imagination.
Bodilhaven is on two floors, so there is of course an elevator that can be used if your legs are not strong enough to take the stairs. The lift can transport up to four people at a time, but is not intended for moving or horizontal transportation.
At Bodilhaven , the atrium garden, outdoor garden and all common areas are looked after and maintained by gardeners. So you can sit back and enjoy life.
