The Heiss family has found their dream home in Banehaverne
Kenneth, Lillian and their son Noah Heiss live in an apartment in Ørestad, but soon they will be moving to Brøndby. They have rented one of Banehaverne's brand new townhouses.
The family has long dreamed of more space, quiet surroundings, a small garden and, not least, a good community with other neighbors. They believe they will get all that in their new home.
Banehaverne is a brand new residential property that stretches over 6 blocks and offers both apartments and townhouses. The buildings are connected by 6 courtyards with different themes. There will be play areas, quiet zones, green beds and much more.

Struck as soon as the opportunity presented itself
Lillian has been following the construction of Banehaverne for a long time. Her work is close to the construction site, and the bus she takes to and from work passes right by.
"I saw when the old building was demolished, when they started building the new building and when the 'Juli Living' sign went up. And as soon as the interest list opened, I signed up. I just knew this was where we were going to live," she says with a smile.
It wasn't long after the couple attended an open house that they signed the lease for the end-terrace house of their dreams.
Dreaming of a good environment for the family
Kenneth and Lillian started looking for a home because they wanted a better environment for their small family.
"We fell in love with Banehaverne's townhouses as they are super well designed. On the first floor we have a bedroom with a walk-in closet, bathroom and not least a cozy room for Noah. Downstairs we have a kitchen, bathroom and living room," says Kenneth and continues: "We'll also have our own garden where Noah can play and we can barbecue in the summer."
The family also hopes that a community will blossom between the Banehaverne buildings.
"We dream of being able to meet the neighbors in the courtyards and have a coffee while the kids play. And maybe eat together in the green on a summer evening," says Lillian.

"We have everything we need here"
Banehaverne is located right next to a cozy residential area, with a short distance to nature by both water and forest. The area also offers good schools, daycare centers, leisure facilities, good shopping opportunities and much more. These qualities also played a role when the family chose their new home.
"We feel we have everything we need in the area around Banehaverne. We have Glostrup Shoppingcenter right up the street, institutions for Noah and good playgrounds," she says and smiles over to Noah, who is running around and kicking a small football.
"He has loved balls ever since he was little," Kenneth adds. "There are also good opportunities for him to play football in Brøndby," he laughs.
What the future holds, the couple can't predict, but one thing is certain: They want to stay in Banehaverne for a long time.
