If you have not received an activation code, there could be several reasons for this:
- Check spam/junk mail: Start by checking whether the email containing the activation code has ended up in your spam or junk mail folder.
- Incorrect email address: It may also be because you are using a different email address than the one registered on the lease agreement. As a rule, we send all communication to the address specified in the lease agreement, unless it has subsequently been changed manually (e.g. via customer service or the broker who handled your case).
- Cohabitants who are not listed on the lease will not automatically receive an activation code.
