The "DaluxFM Helpdesk" app can be downloaded from either the App Store or Google Play Store. If you don't have a smartphone or want to use your computer instead, you can also access Dalux Helpdesk via this link: helpdesk.dalux.com/nrep
Please note: There are two different Dalux apps. You can recognize DaluxFM Helpsdesk by the icon with a house and a speech bubble inside. It is not the app with a crane as its icon.
