Whether a notice of termination can be withdrawn depends on the landlord’s decision. A signed notice of termination is a legally binding document, and the termination therefore generally takes effect from the moment it is issued. If the tenant wishes to withdraw the notice of termination, this can only be done if the landlord agrees.
