ARE YOU LOOKING FOR A NEW HOME?
FIND HOUSING AT JULI LIVING
Rentals find the right home for you
We don't just want to give you a home, we want you to have a home. A place where you can find peace and enjoy leisure time with your loved ones. But what is a home for you?
It all depends on who you are and what it takes to make you feel at home. Fortunately, we have a lot of experience in helping people find exactly the place that feels like home.
For some, it's the location, interior design and shopping opportunities that matter most. For others, it's the neighbors, cozy restaurants and scenic surroundings that matter most.
Whatever matters most to you, we can help you realize your dreams. And if your housing needs change, we're here to help you too.
Start by booking a viewing or registering for an open house
If you want to see the property before you sign the contract, you can book a viewing or sign up for an open house.
You can also rent a property without having seen it. So, if you're confident and want to rent unoccupied, send us an email at [email protected] and we'll get the process started.

Reserve your dream home
Once you've found your dream home, the next step is to reserve it. Specifically, you'll be sent a link to a form where you need to enter your personal details. If there will be more than one tenant on the contract, we will also ask for their details.
Once you have filled out the form, we have everything we need to draw up the rental contract. Before this, we check your information in the debtor register. If you have entries in the Debtor Register or RKI, we unfortunately cannot offer you a rental property.
You will then receive a rental contract for digital signature.
Sign your rental contract
When you receive the rental contract, you have three days to sign it or the reservation will be canceled. However, always let us know if you don't want to rent the property anyway. Once you (and the other tenants) have signed the rental contract, it will automatically be returned to us.
Once all parties have signed, you will automatically receive the signed rental agreement. We recommend that you download the rental agreement, as you may need it later.
Collecting deposit and prepaid rent
The next step in the process is that you will be asked to pay the deposit, prepaid rent and the first month's rent including utilities. Our administrator Newsec is responsible for this collection and you will receive an email with the collection from them. Remember to check your spam filter. Newsec is also responsible for inviting you to a move-in inspection and for handing over the keys to your new home.
It is important that you pay before the payment deadline expires. This will be described in the email you receive from Newsec. The lease is final when we have received your payment.
Moving in
Now for the most exciting part, and the one you're probably looking forward to the most: moving in. No later than eight days before you take possession of your new home, you'll receive an invitation to a move-in inspection from Newsec. Here you will also be informed of the time for key collection, which will always take place on a weekday.
During the move-in inspection, we will go through your property together and register and document any faults and defects. This is important for you as a tenant, as it ensures that your home is in the best possible condition and that you are only responsible for the wear and tear and any damage you cause yourself.
You will be handed the keys to the rental property at the move-in inspection.
