This privacy policy is relevant for tenants in properties mediated through Juli Living.
In this privacy policy, we will inform you about the processing of your personal data, just as we will inform you about your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation.

In this section, we will explain what personal data we collect and for what purposes it is processed. We will also explain the legal basis for the processing and how long we process your personal data.

Personal data:
Name and contact details
Purpose:
We process your data for the purpose of displaying relevant leases to you.
Legal basis:
Consent of you as data subject, cf. GDPR Art. 6(1)(a).
Storage period:
Your data will be stored until you withdraw your consent to receive.
Processing activity:
Ongoing management of tenancies
Personal data:
Name, contact details, household, warnings, reprimands and termination or cancellation related to the tenancy, death, rent level, subletting conditions, payment defaults, bank account information, heating and water consumption and other possible consumption information.
Purpose:
We process your data for the purpose of entering into a tenancy, managing your ongoing tenancy and any termination of the tenancy.
Legal basis:
Performance of contract, cf. GDPR Art. 6(1)(b).
Storage period:
Your data will be stored for as long as you are a tenant of Juli Living and thereafter until any claim arising from the tenancy has expired.
Processing activity:
Money laundering prevention
Personal data:
Name, social security number and identification.
Purpose:
We process your data for the purpose of complying with our obligations under the Money Laundering Act.
Legal basis:
Consent of you as data subject, cf. GDPR Art. 6(1)(a).
Storage period:
Your data will be stored for as long as you are a tenant with Juli Living and then for 5 years after the end of the tenancy.
Processing activity:
Credit rating
Personal data:
Name and social security number.
Purpose:
We process your data for the purpose of assessing your creditworthiness prior to entering into a rental agreement.
Legal basis:
Consent of you as data subject, cf. GDPR Art. 6(1)(a).
Storage period:
Your data will be deleted after we have made the credit assessment of you as a tenant.
Processing activity:
Sale of property
Personal data:
Address, rent level, subletting conditions, payment defaults and heat and water consumption as well as other possible consumption information.
Purpose:
We process your data in connection with the sale of the property, as a buyer of the property needs to conduct a due diligence of the property.
A potential buyer will be subject to confidentiality in connection with their due diligence of the property.
Legal basis:
Legitimate interests, cf. GDPR Art. 6(1)(f).
Storage period:
Your data will be deleted immediately after completion of due diligence.
Treatment activity:
App usage
Personal data:
Name, email and apartment number.
Purpose:
We process your data for the purpose of making the app available to you.
Legal basis:
Legitimate interests, cf. GDPR Art. 6(1)(f).
Retention period:
Your data will be deleted when you request it.
Processing activity:
Power consumption
Personal data:
Address and electricity consumption.
Purpose:
We process your data for the purpose of applying for sustainability certification of the property.
Legal basis:
Consent of you as data subject, cf. GDPR Art. 6(1)(a).
Retention period:
Your data will be deleted when you withdraw your consent.
3. Receipt of personal data
The majority of the personal data we receive is from you as the data subject, but we also receive data from credit rating agencies.
4. Disclosure of personal data to data processors
We disclose personal data to our data processors who assist us with the administration of the ongoing rental relationship. In addition, NREP A/S and their data processors, including other companies in the NREP group, have access to the personal data.
We do not transfer personal data to recipients outside the EU/EEA.
5. Storage period
We will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this privacy policy. Please refer to the table in section 2 for information about the retention periods that are relevant in relation to the different types of personal data. We assess the need for storage of personal data on an ongoing basis.
6. Your rights
Once we have registered your personal data, you have the following rights:
- Right to access the personal data we process about you
- Right to have inaccurate information corrected
- Right to object to the processing
- Right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data (participation for the future)
- Right to receive the personal data you have provided in a common machine-readable format
- Right to have personal data deleted in special cases before the time of our general deletion
- Right to lodge a complaint about our processing of your personal data
